"Hi I would like to share the experience, I and my family had during the purchase of TUV 300. We had called Sudha of TVS Mahindra, NM Road on 23rd of November at 8:00pm, for availability of colors, we liked orange and white, we were informed of the availability of orange color. We wanted delivery of the Vehicle on November 24th, since it was a good day, and we were reluctant to miss it. Sudha explained to us in detail about the breakdown of payment - for on road pricing, and also explained about the offers available. We were given the account details for payment on 23rd late evening, we made the payment on 24th morning. I made a visit to the TVS Mahindra office for signing some papers and giving originals and photos at around 12:00 noon. My family was jittery, if they will be able to deliver the vehicle on the same day, since every one I knew, was telling that it was next to impossible, since the payment got cleared only in the afternoon. At around 4:00pm I got a call, that the registration was completed, we went to the showroom to complete other formalities. The team gave a detailed explanation about the vehicle, the support number details, service time frames, seating positions etc. I had requested for some carpeting and bumper accessories, they even completed the accessories work by evening.  We were then, invited to the basement for the delivery. Everyone in the family were surprised to see the vehicle packaged in a satin red cover, my kids did the honor of opening the cover to reveal the new TUV. The team did a small pooja, it was nice to see the whole team, coming down to give the delivery. Mission impossible accomplished. Incredible Job by Sudha and her team. I had waited to send this mail, to check the after sales effort of the team, Sudha helped in fixing an appointment for the first service, immediately after I called. I got the service done in a day, and the people at the service center made a call back after 2 days, to enquire about the vehicle performance post service. All my friends and close relatives, who drove with me on the vehicle were impressed with the vehicle and its size. The view and road presence is amazing, the second row seating position is very good, older relatives did not have the usual problems encountered during long drives. All the kids absolutely love the vehicle. Probably if you start showing the vehicle in malls and allow people to test drive, by taking the vehicle to the office region - like omr (in chennai), you will have a lot more customers. Anyone who took a ride with me, or rode my vehicle were astounded by the drive.  I think, primarily people are apprehensive of a bigger vehicle (in comparison to sedan and hatch back), and once they take the drive, the TUV throws their apprehensions out of the window. I am sure the team at Mahindra will iron out any issues with vehicle, with their impressive customer service. Regards Binu"

"Hello M&M & TV Iyengar Team, I purchased (Exchanged my Mahindra Thar Crde) a Mahindra Scorpoio S5 (Reg No TN 10 BE 9667) from your Amanjikarai, Chennai showroom on 29th December, 2018 during year end discount. This is my second Mahindra vehicle now and I wish to thanks Mr. Rajesh E (who I know for last 7 years) and all the other team members of the Amanjikarai branch for providing an excellent customer experience. Instead of selling my Thar elsewhere I brought it to Rajesh and he made sure that I get a perfect price for my old vehicle for exchange. Since my Thar was in a good shape, he quickly got it tested by the exchange team (Mr.Vijay) and took care of the whole process. Rajesh also offered a nice discount on the Scorpio which made me go for the deal despite of some financial shortage at my end. My earlier interactions while exchanging old cars with other showrooms were not good but this time Rajesh made sure that I get right value of my Thar. Rajesh also quickly got the loan approved with my choice of financial institution rather than forcing a customer to go with the tie-up ones. I took delivery of Scorpio on 10th January, 2019 after some of the accessories were fitted and since then it's all a new experience with Mahindra & Mahindra. "Hello, Wish to record my feedback on each section of my purchase of MAHINDRA MARAZZO - M6 - 8 Seater from TVS & Sons during January 1. Demo at my door step - I reached out to TVS & Sons, Nelson Manikam road and requested for a test drive at door step (@ Sembakkam) and it was organised in a reasonable time, which helped me to decide to choose this car in comparison to other cars (Ertiga, Crysta etc). 2. Pre-Sales support : Mr.Rajesh was my point of contact and he was very patient enough to provide various quotes very quickly and also attended and returned my calls. His pre-sales support is excellent 3. Booking : I decided to go for 2018 model - Maroon, as it was available in stock. The booking process was very clearly explained through emails, Whatsapp messages and also responded calls during out of office hours and weekends by Mr.Rajesh. Thanks for supporting during these hours. Though i planned to take delivery of the vehicle before pongal, due to government holidays the delivery got delayed by 1 + week All money transactions are done seamlessly and i received receipt of all the payments very quickly through email as acknowledgement. 4.Pre-delivery : Insurance support : I have to comment about Devisri who was again patiently providing many informations, comparisons, explanations on the insurance policy and details. She also helped me to choose the right package for my car. Her understanding of my questions and explanations are very clear and crisp. She also took guidance from Mr.Rajesh then and there to guide me appropriately. I wish to mention that she also did a mobile conferrence with her insurance team lead to provide explanation on the final pricing 5.Delivery details, documents, demo etc : Naveen was providing all documents, clarifications, explanations, show and tell on the car by staying late in the evening by when the delivery was planned. He also extended his support to get documents signature and photos from the RTO standpoint. Mr.Rajesh also extended his support to deliver the vehicle at my door step due to my busy schedule, however i do not want to miss the 1 off receiving and pooja ceremony at the TVS&Sons office 6. Demo at door step : Senthil came to my house on the planned date and his demonstration skills are commendable. He was very patient and also explained each and every dashboard feature in to a detail and that made me not to forget any operations till date. I use to drive MARUTI cars since 2003 and got use to those dashboard and other operating features, but in couple of hours Senthil made me to get Mahindra Marazzo operating features in to my mind, which made me forget my thinking about MARUTI. "
